JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work under the Manager and be responsible for:
- Reading drawings and calculating M&E system quantities.
- Surveying project sites.
- Making basic designs.
- Contacting suppliers for quotations.
- Preparing bidding documents.
- Other tasks will be discussed during the interview.
REQUIREMENTS
- College or University degree in Construction, HVAC, or similar.
- Preferably experienced in estimation and quantity checks.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office; can use AutoCAD.
- Good at independent work and task management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
